Strategi Kepala Sekolah sebagai Agen Perubahan dalam Mengembangkan Inovasi Pembelajaran di SDN 1 Kapongan Situbondo

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the principal’s strategy as a change agent in developing learning innovation at SDN 1 Kapongan Situbondo. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the principal and teachers. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal implemented several strategies to develop learning innovation, including establishing a school vision and programs that support innovation, conducting teacher guidance and supervision, developing an innovative school culture, and utilizing technology in the learning process. These strategies encourage teachers to develop more creative and interactive learning methods, thereby improving the quality of classroom learning. The success of learning innovation is also influenced by principal support, teacher competence, and the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran di SDN 1 Kapongan Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan beberapa strategi dalam mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran, yaitu penyusunan visi dan program sekolah yang mendukung inovasi, pembinaan dan supervisi guru, pengembangan budaya sekolah yang inovatif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Strategi tersebut mampu mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif sehingga meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Keberhasilan inovasi pembelajaran juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.
