Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The quality of primary school learning is strongly influenced by the effectiveness of curriculum administration management. Principals and teachers need to collaborate in planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating the learning process. This study employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design, conducted at SD NU Situbondo and SDN 1 Dawuhan Situbondo. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and curriculum administration documentation. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns in the implementation of curriculum administration. The findings indicate that both schools systematically implemented curriculum administration management. Planning was conducted collaboratively, learning implementation was supported by teaching materials and creative media, academic supervision was ongoing, and learning evaluation informed continuous improvement. This implementation significantly contributed to the enhancement of learning quality and student engagement. An integrated curriculum administration model encompassing planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation can improve primary school learning quality. Principals and teachers play a central role as managers and implementers of effective educational strategies.

ABSTRAK

Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sangat dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas manajemen administrasi kurikulum. Kepala sekolah dan guru perlu bekerja sama dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, supervisi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi multisitus, mengambil locus di SD NU Situbondo dan SDN 1 Dawuhan Situbondo. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi administrasi kurikulum. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola implementasi administrasi kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah telah menerapkan manajemen administrasi kurikulum secara sistematis. Perencanaan dilakukan secara kolaboratif, pelaksanaan didukung perangkat pembelajaran dan media kreatif, supervisi akademik dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan. Implementasi ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa. Model manajemen administrasi kurikulum yang terintegrasi antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, supervisi, dan evaluasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kepala sekolah dan guru memiliki peran sentral sebagai pengelola dan pelaksana strategi pendidikan yang efektif.
