Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The quality of learning in elementary schools is influenced by various managerial factors, including curriculum administration and academic supervision. This study aims to analyze the integration of curriculum administration and academic supervision in fostering the quality of learning at SDN 1 Kalianget Situbondo. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal and teachers as research informants. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the integration of curriculum administration and academic supervision is implemented through systematic planning of learning instruments, structured learning implementation, and evaluation followed by supervision feedback conducted by the principal. This integration improves teachers’ readiness in teaching, encourages the use of varied learning methods, and increases student engagement in the learning process. Therefore, the integration of curriculum administration and academic supervision becomes an important strategy in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools.

ABSTRAK

Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor manajerial, salah satunya adalah pengelolaan administrasi kurikulum dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi administrasi kurikulum dan supervisi akademik dalam menumbuhkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDN 1 Kalianget Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai informan penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi administrasi kurikulum dan supervisi akademik dilakukan melalui perencanaan perangkat pembelajaran yang sistematis, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terstruktur, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut supervisi oleh kepala sekolah. Integrasi tersebut mampu meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam mengajar, mendorong penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang lebih variatif, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, integrasi administrasi kurikulum dan supervisi akademik menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
