Peran Guru dalam Mengatasi Kondisi Psikologis Siswa Sekolah Dasar yang Mengalami Kesulitan Belajar

ABSTRACT
This research aims to explain the role of teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of elementary school students. The literature study method is used by analyzing various references such as books, articles and related journals. This approach provides a strong theoretical foundation regarding the role of teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of elementary school students. Data was collected through discourse identification and documentation techniques. The results show that the role of teachers is very important in helping students overcome learning problems. Efforts required by teachers include identification of students experiencing learning difficulties, diagnosis to determine the type of learning difficulty, prognosis to plan programs that help overcome learning problems, and providing assistance or therapy in the form of tutoring. In conclusion, teachers have a crucial role in helping students overcome learning difficulties, and these efforts are important for improving students' academic performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Metode studi kepustakaan digunakan dengan menganalisis berbagai referensi seperti buku, artikel, dan jurnal terkait. Pendekatan ini memberikan landasan teori yang kuat mengenai peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa SD. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik identifikasi wacana dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat penting dalam membantu siswa mengatasi masalah belajar. Upaya yang diperlukan oleh guru termasuk identifikasi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar, diagnosis untuk menentukan jenis kesulitan belajar, prognosis untuk merencanakan program yang membantu mengatasi masalah belajar, dan memberikan bantuan atau terapi berupa bimbingan belajar. Kesimpulannya, guru memiliki peran krusial dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan belajar, dan upaya-upaya tersebut penting untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.
